What is this program?
BuildShot is a fast-growing SaaS startup building the autonomous engine that turns manual product workflows into studio-grade videos.
This program is not a traditional internship where you get assigned mock tickets or work in isolation. You will work side-by-side with our co-founders to build, polish, and launch real production systems that directly impact our users.
*The stipend of up to ₹6,000 is directly tied to the impact, quality, and worth of the outcomes you deliver during the 6-week cohort. High-agency output is highly rewarded.
Choose Your Focus Track
We are looking for both deep technical specialists and multi-skilled generalists. We believe in high agency, so you have the freedom to shape the internship based on your experience and goals:
Core Tech Track (100% Tech)
If you already have building experience and want to focus purely on engineering (AI engines, browser automation, core rendering pipelines) or design systems, you can spend 100% of your time on core tech and ship product features.
Technical + Operations Track (40% Tech / 60% Ops)
If you want a balanced path, you can dedicate 40% of your time to tech-related automation / scripts and 60% to operations—including UGC video creation, technical documentation, marketing, lead generation, and custom developer workflows.
You don't have to worry if you are a fresher
You don't have to worry if you don't know anything or you are a fresher. You will learn with time, and we will support you for everything. While we are not a classroom-style training school, we provide a proper environment, real-world tasks, clear deadlines, and co-founder guidance so you can learn how to build successfully.
